privacy & confidentiality

What happens with what you share

Given what this site is for, this deserves to be plain and easy to find — not buried in legal language.

What information is collected

Booking a session collects only what's needed to arrange it: your name and email address. Paid sessions are processed directly by Stripe — I never see or store your card details myself. Ongoing correspondence (like arranging a Circle time, or a membership check-in) happens over email.

Session notes

By default, I don't keep any written notes after our conversations. If you'd like me to keep a few brief notes between sessions — so we can pick up where we left off, rather than starting over each time — just let me know, and I'm happy to. Any notes I keep are private, never shared, and you can ask me to delete them at any time.

Recording

Sessions are never recorded, by either of us, and never without written agreement from everyone involved beforehand.

How booking and payment data is handled

  • Booking is handled through Setmore, which stores your name, email, and appointment time.
  • Payment is handled directly by Stripe. I receive confirmation that payment was made, not your card details.
  • Email is hosted through Zoho Mail on this site's own domain.

I don't sell, share, or use your information for anything beyond arranging and running our conversations.

When confidentiality might need to be broken

Everything shared in a one-to-one conversation is treated as confidential, with one exception: if I believe there's a serious and immediate risk of harm to you or someone else, I may need to act on that to help keep you safe.

If anything here isn't clear, or you'd simply rather ask than read — that's a completely reasonable way to find out too.
